1. The service

ArtBuyer ("the Service") is operated by DAOx LTD, a company registered in New Zealand. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

2. Credits and payment

Paid features are sold as credit packs via Stripe. One credit entitles you to one successful run of the Service. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable. If a run fails, you are not charged a credit.

3. Refunds

If the Service did not work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the value of your unused credits.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to abuse free allowances, or to attempt to disrupt the Service.

5. AI-generated output

Output is generated by artificial-intelligence models and may contain errors. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional (legal, financial, medical, or other) advice. You are responsible for verifying output before relying on it.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, DAOx LTD's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
